AI-Trainer
An AI assistant for sport and nutrition: personal workout plans, macro-based diet control, progress and motivation — in one app.

AI-Trainer is a mobile AI-assistant app for sport and healthy eating. I designed the app: an onboarding that captures the user's goals and parameters, a dashboard with the day's plan, workout and nutrition sections with macro targets, progress tracking, a motivation feed and daily challenges.
Why we took it on
Someone just starting out drowns in scattered apps: one for workouts, another for calorie counting, a third for motivation. Plans are impersonal, progress is invisible, and by week two or three the motivation runs out. They need one calm assistant that holds their hand and adapts to them.
What blocked — and what changed
What blocked
- Workouts, nutrition and motivation live in three separate apps.
- Plans are impersonal — they ignore the person's goal and level.
- Progress is invisible and motivation fades fast.
- Macros are hard to count — people give up at the start.
What changed
- Onboarding captures goal, parameters and level — the AI builds a plan.
- A daily dashboard: workout, nutrition and macro targets on one screen.
- Visual progress: calories, workouts and sets in rings.
- A motivation feed and daily challenges keep the rhythm.
Screens that move the work
Onboarding · goals
The person first, then the plan
Onboarding gently captures the goal, body parameters and fitness level. It's not a form for form's sake — the AI builds a personal workout and nutrition plan on this data. The tone is supportive, no pressure.
Daily dashboard
The whole day on one screen
The home screen walks the user through the day: workout plan, meal plan with macro targets, progress rings, a motivation feed and the day's challenge. Nothing extra — just the next clear step.
- Macro targets in clear rings
- A daily challenge for light engagement
AI assistant
An assistant that's right there
The AI assistant answers workout and nutrition questions, adjusts the plan and offers support at the right moment. It turns the app from a “tracker” into a companion you come back to.
Project palette
The outcome in numbers
By uniting workouts, nutrition and motivation in one calm interface, the app removed the beginner's main barrier — overload and lost motivation. The AI walks the person through the day, while challenges and visible progress hold them past the critical second week.
