Haraba
Every car-sale listing from every major marketplace — in one window. For inspectors, dealers and private buyers.
Haraba is a Russian car-listings aggregator: it pulls offers from Avito, Auto.ru, Drom and others into a single feed and enriches every listing with analytics. I owned the product end-to-end — from logo and identity to the design system, web dashboard, mobile app, landing pages, decks and ad banners.
Why we took it on
Russia's private car-listings market is fragmented across a dozen sites. A professional inspector or dealer keeps Avito, Auto.ru and Drom open at once, compares prices, tracks their own listings' positions and tries not to miss fresh lots. It's manual, tiring, leaky work — good cars sell within minutes.
What blocked — and what changed
What blocked
- Listings scattered across 5+ sites — no single market view.
- Price and liquidity judged by eye, with no market data.
- Own listings' ranking has to be checked manually, site by site.
- VIN duplicates and re-posted cars clog the feed.
What changed
- One feed from all sites, VIN-deduplicated, with a single filter.
- Per-listing analytics: position, calls, messages — broken down by site.
- Market-price estimate and an at-a-glance below/above-market hint.
- A mobile app for car inspection: body diagram, photos, report.
Screens that move the work
Inventory · per-marketplace analytics
An inventory that thinks for the dealer
The pro's home screen — “Inventory”. Each car shows position, calls and messages across every marketplace at once, plus market price and a P-rating. The “raise or drop the price” call now takes seconds, not an evening across five tabs.
- “Your inventory vs competitor's” comparison
- Bulk operations over a selection of listings
Search across all sites
One filter instead of five tabs
Search aggregates results from every source and removes VIN duplicates. The inspector sets conditions once — make, budget, mileage, drivetrain, gearbox — and sees one clean list flagged “below market”.
App · body inspection
Car inspection — in your pocket
The mobile app walks the inspector through the check: an interactive body diagram, damage marks, attached photos and a ready client report. Fewer missed defects — more trust in the deal.

The outcome in numbers
Dealers stopped living in five tabs. A unified feed, per-marketplace analytics and mobile inspection turned monitoring drudgery into a managed process — and visibly sped up inventory turnover.
