Tenderland
An intelligent service for finding and analysing tenders: graph-based auto-search, full-lifecycle tracking and an affiliation graph.
Tenderland helps companies find relevant tenders among hundreds of thousands of procurements and run them to a win. I built the design system and designed the product core: a visual auto-search builder with multiple conditions and dependencies, a stage-by-stage tender tracker, an operator work calendar, a user dashboard and the affiliation-graph interface.
Why we took it on
A tender specialist combs through public and commercial procurement sites every day. Selection criteria are non-trivial: multiple product codes, regions, price ranges, specific customers and dependencies between them. A missed deadline is a lost contract, and hidden ties between a customer and a winner (affiliation) can mean bidding is pointless.
What blocked — and what changed
What blocked
- Searching complex criteria means manually crawling sites and filters.
- A tender spans a dozen stages — deadlines are easy to lose.
- Ties between customers and winners are invisible.
- The notification stream is unstructured — the important drowns in noise.
What changed
- A visual auto-search builder: conditions and dependencies assembled graphically.
- Stage tracking with deadlines in the operator's calendar.
- An affiliation graph — customer-and-winner ties made visible.
- A dashboard and a structured, time-filtered notification feed.
Screens that move the work
Operator dashboard
The operator's whole day on one screen
The dashboard gathers today's tasks, tenders in progress, auto-search results, an events calendar and an action log. The operator opens the system and instantly sees what to grab first — no module-hopping.
Visual auto-search
Search as a graph of conditions
The headline innovation — visual auto-search. The specialist assembles a query from AND/OR blocks: product codes, regions, prices, customers and the dependencies between them. Set once, the search runs itself and surfaces only relevant procurements.
- Multiple conditions and nested dependencies in one search
- Preview of matching tenders before saving
Affiliation graph
Seeing the ties that hide
The relationship-graph interface shows how customers, bidders and winners are connected. The analyst adds nodes, draws links and within a minute understands whether bidding is even worth it.

The outcome in numbers
Visual auto-search and end-to-end tracking turned chaotic manual monitoring into a managed pipeline. Procurement teams stopped missing deadlines and learned to filter out rigged tenders via the affiliation graph.
