1. Who processes the data

The operator of foxdim.ru (a designer's portfolio) is Dmitriy Fedorov, self-employed (Yaroslavl, Russia). For any data questions, write to foxdims@gmail.com.

2. What is collected

The “Write to me” form. If you write through the form, I receive the name, e-mail and message you type in. The message is sent as an e-mail to the operator; it is not published on the site and not stored in a site database.

Visit statistics. The site uses Yandex Metrica (counter 113661815), including Session Replay and click maps. It receives technical data: IP address, device and browser type, referrer, pages viewed, clicks and scrolling, and a recording of on-page activity. For this Metrica sets its own cookies (for example _ym_uid, _ym_d).

Data in your browser. The site stores your chosen language, your progress in the “Route” game and a flag that you have seen the cookie notice. This data stays on your device.

3. Why

To answer your message; to understand how the site is used and improve it; to remember your language and progress.

4. Basis

You send a message through the form voluntarily and thereby agree to the processing of the data you provide in order to get a reply. By continuing to use the site after the cookie notice you agree to the statistics collection described above. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see section 7).

5. Who receives the data

Statistics are processed by Yandex under its own rules: yandex.com/legal/confidential. The site is hosted with a hosting provider. Form messages are received in Gmail, so they may be processed on servers outside Russia. Data is not shared with anyone else and is not sold.

6. Retention

Correspondence is kept as long as needed to reply and work on your request, then deleted on request. Statistics retention follows the Metrica settings and Yandex's rules.

7. Managing cookies and data

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Metrica via the Metrica opt-out page or with a blocker extension; the site will keep working. To ask what data the operator holds about you, correct or delete it, or withdraw consent, write to foxdims@gmail.com.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated. The current version is always on this page, with the date at the top.
